Rishi Ghuldu
Rishi Ghuldu is the Founder & CEO of ZERV Inc., a technology startup backed by Techstars. His extensive background includes serving as vice president of Supply Chain & Asset Management at Goldcorp Inc., where he played a key role in enhancing operational excellence. Rishi's expertise spans enterprise Business Improvement strategy, global supply chain management, and asset optimization. He has a proven track record, having led Barrick's Business Improvement function and launched Barrick's Supplier Development Program.
Rishi holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from McMaster University and completed an Executive MBA program jointly offered by the Kellogg-Schulich School of Business. Beyond his professional achievements, Rishi is a compassionate advocate for education. As a founding member of CanEducate, he is dedicated to providing educational opportunities to underserved children, embodying a lifelong commitment to making a meaningful difference in the world.

Dave Elliott
Dave Elliot serves as a Board member and Country Lead for CanEducate’s Zambia program. He brings over 30 years of executive-level operations management experience within the mining and automotive manufacturing sectors, with a focus on Business Strategy & Planning and Business Performance Improvement. Previously, Dave was Vice President of the Copper Business Unit at Barrick Gold, overseeing operations in Chile, Zambia, and Saudi Arabia.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree from the University of Western Ontario. He is a founding member of CanEducate and is passionate about empowering marginalized communities through education. Dave currently manages a Canadian private corporation and provides professional career coaching in Canada and Brazil.

Feaz Rahim
Feaz Rahim is the CFO at Black & McDonald, responsible for overseeing the financial function of the company. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) graduate from the University of Waterloo.
With his financial expertise, Feaz plays a critical role in guiding CanEducate's financial strategies and sustainability efforts.

Caroline Jordan
Caroline Jordan is a communications specialist with a focus on storytelling at the intersection of communications, design, and urbanism. With over a decade of experience leading communications projects across multiple sectors and continents, Caroline brings a wealth of expertise to CanEducate. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from East Carolina University and has studied Cultural Management at the University of Barcelona.
Caroline's dedication to creating impactful narratives aligns with CanEducate's mission to empower communities through education and advocacy.

Brendan Hughes
Brendan is an investment advisor at Lafayette Investments, overseeing a portion of the firm's $800 million assets under management and contributing to equity portfolio decisions. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has authored "The Wandering Investor."
Brendan's commitment to philanthropy extends beyond finance, as he serves on the board of the Maryland Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and actively participates in community engagement initiatives.
Brendan is also the author of “Markets in Chaos: A History of Market Crises Around the World”.

Javed's extensive experience in managing tech projects across various industries enriches CanEducate's operations, including social media and marketing efforts.
